Actor Paul Walker Dead at 40
Multiple sources and outlets are reporting that actor Paul Walker, best known as daredevil Brian O'Connor in the "Fast and the Furious" film series, died Saturday in a car accident at a charity event in Southern California.
Walker was a passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by a friend during a charity event for his organization, Reach Out Worldwide in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Hollywood. CNN reports speed was a factor in the crash.
His publicist, Ame van Iden, confirmed his death to multiple news outlets.
