Bryce Dallas Howard will be in Pete's Dragon remake

From dinosaurs to dragons!

I guess Bryce Dallas Howard just can't get enough of reptiles.

Bryce Dallas Howard will be in the Pete's Dragon remake.

She is really excited about being in this movie because the original was one of her favorites as a kid.

She wants her kids to love this movie just as much as she did.

Pete's Dragon is about a kid who becomes friends with a dragon called Elliott after his mom & dad are gone.

Over time, Pete lives with a couple at a lighthouse.

Bryce Dallas Howard will be the female half of the couple who will also be like a mom to Pete.

Robert Redford will also be in the movie.

Pete's dragon will fly into theaters on August 12, 2016.
