Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian
Everyone's favorite night watchman Larry Daley (Ben Stiller) is back on the job in this sequel to the adored family film Night at the Museum. This time Daley has twice the trouble. His friends at the Museum of Natural History are being shipped off to the Smithsonian, where a world's worth of historical figures come to life as well including a difficult pharaoh (Hank Azaria), Ivan the Terrible (Christopher Guest) and Al Capone (Jon Bernthal). With a little help from Amelia Earhart (Amy Adams) Daley travels to Washington D.C. in an effort to keep his old friends from deep storage.
John Conner (Christian Bale) has only known one future. One world he has been fated for from his very beginning. But with the arrival of a mysterious stranger, all that Conner knows and has known comes into question. As he is poised to lead the humans in an uprising against the Skynet army of Terminators Conner and the mysterious Marcus (Sam Worthington) begin a journey that just might answer questions about human annihilation.
It's a story about love. Kind of. Charlene Yi is no different from any other modern day cynic when it comes to the theories of true love. Yi isn't even really sure if love exists. In her quest to find an answer, she brings along a video camera and her friend Nick and set off to document her journey - a journey that leads her to Michael Cera. Their romance becomes the focus of her documentary - with the question remaining of how the story will end.
