In this police drama by director Antoine Fuqua (Training Day), Richard Gere, Don Cheadle, Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes star as four men whose lives explode on the city's streets. Eddie Dugan (Gere) is a veteran cop with plenty of skeletons in closet and vices beneath his belt who is closing in on retirement. But as he nears the end of his career, the streets he's worked to protect could get even more dangerous.
