Jenny (Carey Mulligan) is 16 and losing patience with her life in her schoolgirl world. Craving both adulthood and adventure, Jenny seems to find both in David (Peter Sarsgaard), an older man who quickly charms her, as well as her family and friends. As their relationship develops, David introduces Jenny to a world of sophistication, taking her to concerts and dinners and opening her eyes to what she had always imagined. As the two grow closer, Jenny must decide whether what she's always imagined is in fact the life she wants to lead.

Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel
Alvin is back and causing a fair amount of trouble in this sequel to the first "Alvin and the Chipmunks." Theodore and Simon return with the leader of their pack as well as Dave (Jason Lee). The chipmunks head back to the classroom to save the music program at their school and win a big cash prize by competing in a battle of the bands. A battle that includes some new, rather intriguing rivals: The Chipettes.
