A fun short film with an ending that could perhaps have been a little better, "Expiration" is a quick, jaunty ride into the sublimely silly.
The film centers around a man raiding the fridge for a midnight snack. But that date on the milk carton...does it expire in two minutes? What then?
It would be criminal to give away the ending, but let's just say it doesn't go for subtle, though it may have been better off doing so. There is a fun little coda, though, that sends things out with yet another laugh.
Still, "Expiration" will have you chuckling and remembering far past the film's born-on date.
