From the mind of Angelina Jolie Pitt, "By The Sea" is where Mr. & Mrs. Pitt play Roland & Vanessa, a couple who's going through a rough patch in their marriage in 1970's France.

I just have to point out the irony of a woman in a happy marriage writing a movie that looks so depressing.
