Josh Brolin conquers fear of heights while filming 'Everest'
How many of you are afraid of heights?
Well, you're not the only one. Josh Brolin conquered being afraid of heights during the making of the movie "Everest". But that's not the only thing he conquered.
When you see the stars in this movie looking like they're in total misery, it's because they really were sometimes. Everyone on set wanted their experience to be as close to what really happened as possible. Yes, "Everest" is, believe it or not, based on a true story. In 1996, eight people died when they climbed Mt. Everest while a blizzard was happening. Brolin plays Beck Weathers in the film, while Jake Gyllenhaal plays Scott Fischer and Jason Clarke portrays Rob Hall.
"Everest" starts its expedition in theaters on September 18, 2015.
