New Guardians of the Galaxy image and Amazing Spider-Man 2 footage released

So who ARE the Guardians of the Galaxy? If this image is any indication, they're just the usual suspects. Peter Quil (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Groot (voice of Vin Diesel) and Rocket Raccoon (voice of Bradley Cooper) will team up in August 2014 as the next Marvel property to get the Avengers treatment (and yes, they "exist" in the same Marvel cinematic universe as Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and the gang). Anyway, check out the image below:

In addition, Stan Lee presents new footage from "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," coming to theaters in July 2014, and unfortunately no, Spidey will not be encontering The Avengers any time soon, since he falls under the Sony umbrella.
