'Suicide Squad' trailer: Bad guys trying to save the world

Can bad guys do something good? Well, apparently, we're desperate enough to think so.

In the new "Suicide Squad" trailer, a task force of bad guys is created to save the world. In some ways, it makes sense. Who better to catch a bad guy than another bad guy right?

It's interesting that the comic-book world is finally getting a "The Silence of the Lambs" twist.

Margot Robbie is the hilarious Harley Quinn. Will Smith is Deadshot. Jai Courtney is taking on the role of Captain Boomerang, and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is taking on the role of Killer Croc. Karen Fukuhara is Katana. Joel Kinnaman is Rick Flagg, and Jared Leto is taking on a role that has been handed down from A-lister to A-lister, the Joker.

The Suicide Squad begins its mission at a theater near you on August 5.
