Will Smith fights the NFL in 'Concussion' trailer

The events in "Concussion" really happened. In "Concussion," Will Smith is Dr. Bennet Omalu, a brain doctor who found out about chronic traumatic encephalopathy, or CTE, when he was performing an autopsy on Mike Webster — an NFL player for the Pittsburgh Steelers who killed himself in 2002. Dr. Bennett finds one of the dark sides of the NFL: Getting hit in the head all the time when you're playing the game chokes the brain.

"Concussion" co-stars Alec Baldwin, and it will be at a theater near you on Christmas Day.
