Two best buds contemplate their future in a laundromat -- while mysteriously compelled to always tell the truth -- in this sensitive and funny dramedy.
I'd watch this, but I get the feeling it will never play in a theater near me. Any inside knowledge on if/when this will get any kind of theatrical release?
That's one of the things I most dislike about the streaming era. Films like this used to find a niche in the arthouse cinemas, and some broke out to the mainstream because of it. Now they languish unseen on streaming services. If I were at all close to Indianapolis I'd come to the festival, but I live in Texas.
Hey Greg! Rocky here. Let me know if you have a recommendation for an arthouse cinema in your area and I’ll reach out personally to see if we can make something happen.
I'm in Austin, TX. AFS Cinema is probably the place most likely to show that. We have 5 Alamo Drafthouses, but they tend to stick with mainstream releases. There are also a couple indie theaters. One is called Hyperreal Film Club, but they tend to stick to established cult fare. The other is some kind of DIY place called Eastside Cinema.

Small films like this may not get a theatrical release -- so now's the time to see it on the screen at Heartland Film Festival!
